| Mingwang Lu has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of China Gerui since 2000. Mr. Lu has been in the steel industry since 1985, with expertise in managing and marketing cold-rolled steel construction, technologies, production and marketing. Mr. Lu held various management positions at the state-owned predecessor of Golden Green from 1995 to 2000. Mr. Lu was elected as a member of the 9th, 10th and 11th National People¡¯s Congress in Henan Province. Mr. Lu¡¯s awards include Excellent Director/Manager in Henan Province and National Excellent Township Entrepreneur and Expert in Steel Industry of Henan Province. |

| Edward Meng - Chief Financial Officer |
| Edward Meng joined the Company in April 2009, Prior to that, Mr. Meng was the Chief Financial Officer of A-Power Energy Generation Systems (NASDAQ: APWR), a provider of distributed power generation systems in China and a manufacturer of wind turbines. Previously, Mr. Meng served in Chief Financial Officer and other executive positions at several U.S.-publicly listed companies with Chinese operating subsidiaries or directly for the Chinese operating subsidiaries of foreign multinationals. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Meng is experienced in both PRC and U.S. GAAP accounting. Mr. Meng received his MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor¡¯s degree in English from Sichuan International Studies University in China. He is fluent in both Mandarin and English. |
